The hotel is located in Sušak, the eastern side of the
town, divided from the western part by several briges over
the river Rječina. It is near Hotel Continental, in Strossmayer
street. The Croatian Cultural Centre on Sušak, where performances,
films or concerts are sometimes held, is situated nearby.
It was built in 1941 and to-day it has one star. The capacity
is 47 rooms and 105 beds. Some rooms do not have their own
bathroom.
The hotel is extremely suitable as a departure point for
sightseeing of the town.
